Damage Reporting: Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of the move. Please provide detailed information and photographs of the damage.
Assessment and Compensation: We will assess the reported damage and determine appropriate compensation based on the extent of the damage and the value of the item.
Waiver Policy: Clients may choose to waive liability for certain items by signing a waiver form before the move.
